The useful question is not whether a sentence contains a spelling error. It is whether the Dutch output is correct for the task, sounds natural to a Dutch user and can be judged consistently by your team. I can review the areas below as a one-off audit, a calibration round or part of an ongoing QA workflow.
I review answers for meaning, factual support within the material provided, instruction following, relevance, tone and natural Dutch. I flag output that looks acceptable at first glance but is translated too literally, overstates the source or answers a different question.
I compare English source text with Dutch output and check whether the meaning, tone and user intent survive the translation. I also keep nl-NL separate from Belgian Dutch where the product or dataset requires a Netherlands-specific locale.
If reviewers keep disagreeing, I check whether the criteria are specific enough to apply consistently. That can include tightening definitions, adding Dutch examples and making the evidence required for a pass, fail or preference decision explicit.
I review pronunciation, stress, pace, intonation, accent consistency and whether spoken output sounds natural for Dutch users. Correct words are not enough if the voice places stress unnaturally or follows an English speech pattern.
I can compare candidate responses, review model or evaluator rationales and explain why one answer is stronger than another. The feedback stays tied to the task and evidence rather than relying on vague labels such as “better style”.

A useful review starts by agreeing what the output is supposed to do and what should count as a failure. That keeps the work consistent and prevents a language review from turning into a list of personal preferences.
You share the product or task, target locale, examples and current criteria. We make clear which decisions belong to language review and which require separate domain expertise.
For larger or recurring work, a small first batch exposes ambiguous instructions and helps align severity, error categories and judgement calls before the main review.
I assess the agreed criteria, record the reason for material findings and add corrected or stronger Dutch examples where they help your team act on the result.
I flag repeated issues separately so you can see whether the underlying problem is the model output, source text, prompt, rubric or evaluator guidance.

A small calibration batch, a voice review and an ongoing LLM-evaluation workflow are different assignments, so I do not publish one generic rate for all three.
